Paying homage to the ’96 movie of the same name, The Prime Prodigy-directed video captures the two rappers in their element as trade raw stories of their upbringing. September 22, 2016

By Kaitlin

Hailing from Jacksonville, FL, Enrich dishes out his new single, “Slide Thru.” Cranking up the feels of real rhythm and blues, the Sunshine state newcomer provides retrospective raps atop the mellow beat.

Inspired by personal experiences, Enrich recounts a college love interest who’s battling self-discovery–torn about her past that she has left behind. In unfamiliar territory, Enrich sees his role to make her feel more at ease and “slide thru.” This track is a kickoff as he nears debuting his forthcoming EP, which is slated for an October release.

New Music: Chris Brown X Bryson Tiller – Keep You In Mind

September 21, 2016

By Jake Miosge

Ladies rejoice. Two of R&B’s biggest heartthrobs, Chris Brown and Bryson Tiller, join forces on “Keep You in Mind.” The baby-making jam, which Breezy released in the late hours of Tuesday, finds the fellas in full seduction mode. Breezy turns off the lights and “breaks the bed,” while Bryson adds his Trapsoul touch to the sensual song.

“Can I keep you in mind?” they ask.

Chris previously teased a “Back to Sleep” remix featuring the “Don’t” crooner, but it never saw the light of day. Earlier this week, he also dropped the full version of his X cut “Lady in the Glass Dress.”

Listen to Breezy meet Bryson.

Sonne Riley – “Serena”

September 20, 2016

By Kaitlin

A couple of weeks ago, 19 year old Baltimore singer/songwriter Sonne Riley was commissioned by ESPN to write a poem dedicated to Serena Williams for their site. The results were so inspiring that it simply had to be set to music and turned in to a song. With an amazing piano track courtesy of Brthdayx, Sonne’s poem morphed in to not just a tribute to Serena, but an ode to strong Black Queens everywhere and a metaphor for how he has dealt with the adversities in his own life.

Check out him reciting the original poem below.
