Building off comrade Jay Bel‘s video for “Kate,” another artist from the Brooklyn-based Sleepercamp awakens today as East New Yorker Jimi Tents releases an extraordinarily smooth and low-toned debut single, “Elmer Fudd.”

Soothing synths and hard-hitting percussion set the wave on this minimal Sedroc-produced number, enabling the 18-year-old emcee to drop some very heavy introspective bars while Steve Aoki‘s New Jersey bred Pop artist, Moxie Raia and her angelic vocals lie softly in the background before illuminating on the songs infectious hook.

“Elmer Fudd” is a great intro track from Brooklyn native Jimi Tents. We will be on the watch for more from the young artist he works on his debut project with NVRCH’s Chance The Rapper affiliated Social Experiment member, Nate Fox. For now, stream the Billboard-premiered promo single below!
